How Can I Help You Improve Your Business?

With my strong business background and the ActionCOACH system, I will coach you to take your business to a "profitable commercial enterprise" that is sustainable over time. At the end, you will have the freedom to choose how you want to live your life. I promise it will be fun but hard work. I have successfully coached three leadership teams over 20 years and in the process turned around three stressed businesses that are currently very profitable.

How I Will Coach You:

We will use diagnostic tools to identify the pain in the business and use one of the following tools:

• One to one coaching with high accountability - If you fail, I fail.
• Facilitate group learning through peer group interaction.
  
• Teaching and learning: Seminars, book discussion, bench marking, etc. Create a learning environment for your business.
  
• Self awareness/Self Development: Master self and you can master anything. We will remove self-imposed barriers to leadership development.

BS Industrial and Operations Engineering - University of Michigan.

Bachelors of Law (LLB) - University of the West Indies, Barbados.

Continuous Learning Seminars: Leadership, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning & Development, LEAN & Six Sigma Tools and numerous business management training.

Work Experience:

I have spent the past 32 years acting as General Manager/CEO for businesses across the Midwest ranging in revenue from $20 to $100 million annually. Most recently, as General Manager of Midland Forge - a large manufacturing supplier located in Cedar Rapids - I worked closely with my employees to increase annual revenue from $22 to $50 million and increased profits from 22% to 35% in just ten years. My experience rebuilding companies to make them more efficient and profitable fuels my passion for assisting business owners cultivate their own talents and expand their success.
