Background - 

Gaylene has an extremely diverse business and professional background. An accountant, Gaylene has owned and operated her own financial consulting business for over 20 years, working with numerous organisations within both the public and private sectors.

Her audit experience and work as a tax agent has given invaluable insight into a number of industries and professions, but it was her role as Secretary to a Credit Union (which saw their large mortgage, loan and investment portfolio more than double, due to Gaylene’s focus on customer service and sales and marketing initiatives) that encouraged her to move to a coaching role. Her work with voluntary groups and not-for-profit agencies has also impacted, and is reflected in her successful work with teams.

Gaylene’s past experience combined with the vast infrastructure of the Action Coach system and world-wide network of business coaches, provide an incredibly comprehensive and powerful resource for business owners.
