The best way that I can explain how coaching works is like this:  You know how it is when you commit to going to gym and a fitness routine, when it is cold and misty at 05:00 it is just easier to turn over and sleep a bit longer?  Well, if you have a gym buddy, then you make sure that you get up and go to gym because someone else is making you accountable.  And when you get there, it is easy to quit after 8 "rep's" because it is too hard to do 10.  When you have someone who is going to pull you up for it then you do it even if it is hard.  After a few months you look good on the beach!  Well, a business coach does the same for you in your business.  I could not have done what I have done since working with Patrick on my own.

Every business needs a coach.  It is so clear to me now that I could not imagine not having Patrick involved in the process.  I am going places I could never have believed I could go on my own.  If you have a business without a coach, you will not perform to your true potential, believe me, I know.  If I had had Patrick 5 years ago, I would have saved huge amounts of time and money.

I’d like to thank you very much for the seminar. I loved it and not only have I learnt so much from it but it as completely motivated me. I have spoken to Trisha about letting me know when the next one is as I have three people I’d love to attend. The one is my husband, Warren who is very keen to join on the next one. The other two are two ladies who have their own small business who I know could benefit from your coaching.
