We have been working all weekend and have put no less than 60 new systems in place for our new employees to follow. We now have a company intranet "Arecon Dashboard" with all of the forms that any employee could need and is required to use. On the intranet are not only the forms but also the systems to use the forms. As we create more systems they will also go on the Arecon Dashboard.
We have built systems for enrolling new employees, setting up their computer, information system use policy, New Employee Accounts System, and far too many more to list here. We have built an entirely new support site that is more powerful for our users and also has its own section of systems for our support techs to follow. It includes checklists, instructions, and requirements for the support tech to a very detailed level. As of tomorrow we will be able to leverage our new support tech to the fullest.
