What You Will Learn During The Program . . .
If you don’t know where you’re going, how are you going to get there? During this session you will complete a business assessment with your coach and get clear about what you really want from your business and how this program will work for you.
Session 2: FocusRICH.
In this first group session you will set your goals, vision, and mission, and you will learn how to build a great business from the ground up. You will also learn about effective planning and time management.
Session 3: CashRICH
This session will teach you about the importance of understanding your financials. Especially, where your cash comes from and goes. . . and how to keep some of it. You’ll learn how to read your financial statements, the cashflow cycle, and how to achieve true profitability.
Session 4: LeverageRICH.
You will learn about the principles of leverage. You’ll focus on the fastest ways to increase your business using ActionCOACH’s proven strategies, and you will learn the importance of testing and measuring and how to do it to achieve great strides in the most critical areas of your business.
Session 5: MarketingRICH.
You will extract your uniqueness that sets you apart from your competitors, and learn how to use it to get more of the customers you really want. You will also learn how to create great advertisements and marketing pieces to make sure your customer acquisition costs are low and their lifetime value is high.
Session 6: SalesRICH.
You will learn about the different types of salespeople and the difference between old and new selling techniques. You will learn about the question funnel and how to close more business.
Session 7: ServiceRICH.
This session is about client fulfillment. You have learned how to do all the hard work to gain clients. Now you will learn how to turn those clients into raving fans and prolific referral machines for your business. You will learn how to create customer loyalty so they keep coming back. . . time after time.
Session 8: SystemsRICH.
You will learn how to systemize your business to achieve massive results. You will learn how to spend less time working in your business and more time working ON your business.
Session 9: TeamRICH.
This session is all about building a dream team . . . employees, managers, and strategic partners. You’ll learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day, and learn how to recruit and hire great people and lead them to help you create a business that works without you.
Session 10: Leverage, The Board Game.
This is where you get to have some fun and put into practice everything you’ve learned during the program.
Session 11: One-to-one with your Business Coach.
Now it is time to get clear on the next steps. In this session you’ll review your progress with your coach, and decide on how you can keep moving your business forward. For many ActionCLUB members, they will have grown to the point that a one-to-one mentoring program is the next step.
Here’s How it Works . . .
Each month you will participate in one 2-hour session with a group of like-minded business owners getting all the tools and skills to catapult your business forward. With each session, you will be given a workbook, complete with HomeFUN and the tools you will need until the next group session.
The group sessions are only the start. During two of the other weeks each month you will spend one-to-one time with your coach to make sure you are on track with the group program and to tackle personal business goals. Laser focused on your specific business challenges, these additional monthly sessions with just you and your coach will also give you a taste of what will be gained through a one-to-one mentoring program in the future.
When & Where . . .
Session 1: One-to-one with Your Business Coach will start the third week in June and will be scheduled individually with your coach.
The group sessions will meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the evening from 6:30 – 8:30pm. The first group session will be Session 2: FocusRICH and it will be held on "July 14". The location will be finalized shortly.
