1. Ziyad Maricar is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential. As a business coach he helps company owners to define and then achieve their business and personal goals. His sees his role as a trusted advisor who inspires and educates his clients.

2. Ziyad Maricar studied for his Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, England. He joined Citibank where he gained experience handling customers deal with financial needs for their businesses. He was subsequently involved in the setting up of a cyber cafe with his brother in Bangi. This was an experience for him in setting up a business entity and managing its operations to ensure financial success. He next moved to the commercial world when he joined COBRA Inc. where he was in involved in sales of TM Net Streamyx. In this line, he set targets, worked out strategies and managed a large team of sales staff in meeting these targets. His success in dealing with people led him to join TV3 where he became an event coordinator for MyTV3. At the same time, Ziyad found time to complete his MBA in General Management from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia.

3. Ziyad believes that to be successful you must have a clear vision of success means to you. He encourages business owners to find their own definition of success and then dig deep within themselves to see what their strengths and weakness are. Their strengths should be capitalized to help them achieve their success whilst weaknesses are barriers to be overcome. This is why he is an advocate of education, believing that no-one should stop learning and encourages business owners to think out of the box.

4. Ziyad has the discipline to stick it out with any business owner through the good and bad times. Having taught martial arts for many years, he understands that a black belt isn’t awarded for kicking the highest or hardest; it requires commitment and effort, turning up to each lesson and continually growing and learning.
