Carmen Gigar, a first-generation Cuban American and lifelong Las Vegas resident, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising from UNLV and a Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked with 7-Eleven Stores, Mars Candy, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, MetroPCS – T-Mobile, and Greenspun Media Group. Currently, she is the Chief Partner Experience Officer at ActionCOACH, overseeing IT, training, and events, and enhancing franchise partner success.
Gigar also has extensive experience in technology implementation, public speaking, event production, and design. Known for her passion and problem-solving skills, she excels in leading teams through complex challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, hockey, reading, and spending time with her family, including her husband of 35 years, her grandson Jameson, her daughter, her son, and her dog, Hank.
