Isik’s Bio
Graduating from Bosphorus University with a degree in Business Administration, Işık began her career at Alarko before taking executive roles in international trade, purchasing, and operations at Komili and Apple Bilkom. In 1995, she co-founded the import of Packard Bell and Handspring computers into Turkey, leading their market entry and distribution.
Transitioning to the medical sector in 2005, she served as Assistant General Manager at Betasan Bant San. and later as General Manager at Euromed Group, a leader in teleradiology services. After earning a Coaching certificate from İstanbul Bilgi University, she founded SenkronCoach Business Coaching in 2012. From 2019 to 2024, she was CEO of Engage & Grow Global, driving employee engagement worldwide while earning certifications in team coaching and agile leadership.
In January 2025, Işık joined ActionCOACH as Community Engagement Officer, fostering connections and supporting coaches in building impactful networks. She is also the author of Kaktüsler, Dikenler, Çiçekler (Cacti, Thorns, and Blossoms), exploring employee engagement through a coaching perspective. An advocate for women’s leadership, she is an active member of the ARYA Women Platform.

While finishing university, Işık realized she actually wanted to study ceramics. However, she didn’t start creating ceramics until 2020.

In her free time, she works at a ceramic studio she co-founded with four friends.

Her name, Işık, means “Light” in Turkish, and fittingly, she enjoys creating lighting fixtures in her ceramic designs.

Işık copes with missing her daughter, who is pursuing a PhD in Philosophy of Law in the Netherlands, by spending time with her two cats, Miro and Matisse. If you’d like to meet them, schedule a Zoom call with Işık—Miro is known to supervise every meeting!
